At Ambitious Cakes, I create custom gluten free cakes and cupcakes for all of life’s sweet moments — from birthdays and weddings to baby showers and everything in between. Based in the Whitsundays, I specialise in buttercream finishes, handcrafted detail, and cakes that are as beautiful as they are delicious.
Gluten free is my focus, not an afterthought — every cake is designed with flavour, texture, and celebration in mind, proving you don’t need gluten to have something truly indulgent. I also love working with florals and creative designs, blending classic techniques with fresh, modern ideas to bring your vision to life.
As a home-based cake artist in the Whitsundays (and a mum working part-time), I take on a limited number of orders each month to ensure every cake gets the attention it deserves. Booking 1–2 months in advance is recommended to secure your date.
