The Brains behind Ambitious Cakes
I’m Ambi — the one‑woman cake crew behind it all! I’m the decorator, baker, dishwasher, researcher and everything in between… because yep, it’s just me running this little dream. When I’m not caking, I work part‑time in Digital Marketing & Business Development, wrangle two wonderful kids, volunteer as Marketing Director for Ocean Crusaders, and escape offshore sailing whenever I can.
Even with life beautifully full, I carefully manage my schedule and only take on one cake per weekend — so every cake gets my full love, creativity, and attention
